摘要
ZnO thin films had been coated on the substrate (glass) using microcontroller-based spin coating machine. ZnO thin films were coated with three distinct pH values of 10.0, 11.0, and 12.0 at ambient tem-perature. An X-ray diffractometer has been employed to study and analysis the ZnO structural character-istics. The fundamental reflections of (100), (002), (101), and (102), respectively, are visible in the hexagonal wurtzite crystal nature of ZnO. The crystalline properties of ZnO thin films coated by spin coat-ing at various pH levels were also studied. The influence of an increased pH value on structural charac-teristics is outlined and explored.Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
