摘要
The report contains a suggestion to unite efforts of the leading International and Russian scientific research centers for resolving a major problem of nuclear power - utilization of long-lived radioactive wastes. Proposals for launching an international project for the creation of the world's first ADS Nuclear Waste Burner (NWB) in Russia and semi-industrial demonstration of the technology for safe transmutation of MA and other high-level radwastes have been formulated.
