摘要
Sorting molecules: Effective phase separation of two porphyrin species, namely CoTPP and 2HTPP (TPP= tetraphenylporphyrin, 2HTPP=2H- tetraphenylporphyrin), on Cu(111) is reported. The separation process can be conclusively explained by the domination of molecule-molecule interactions for CoTPP, whereas the adsorption behavior of 2HTPP is dominated by molecule-substrate interactions (see figure).
