摘要
A method is described to estimate the effects of free-flight drag and angular motion on perforation. Using this method, both normal and oblique impacts are explored. It is shown that at discrete ranges, penetration performance is degraded by angular motion. Further as range increases, yaw damps, and deceleration due to aerodynamic drag dominate.
