摘要
Conflict handling is one of the critical tasks that is tedious to accomplish in project risk management. Conflict management is about limiting and minimizing the negative aspects of conflict occurring during project management. Conflicts occurs between team members when they assess the risks. To keep your project on track successfully, a project manager needs to resolve project conflictive situations. Motivation: risk assessment analysis marks remarkable effectiveness and performance in organizational setting, if conducted rigorously and properly. Throughout the project management, creating software that gives the least amount of risk during risk assessment analysis is something difficult to attain. Problem statement: This paper focuses on how systemic analysis of various contributing and leading factors in project management (e.g. extend of the exposure, multiple exposures) can be done effectively with higher success rate. Methodology: Questionnaire analysis is done on behalf of 200 filled questionnaires of risk analysts from software industry working under domain of project management. These 200 filled questionnaires are then interpreted through statistical analysis by using probabilistic analysis and interpretation.
