摘要
This paper studies the resource allocation mechanism under the broadcast scenario with Non-orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) manner in Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communications system. The objective is maximizing the overall performance which is evaluated by Packets Receive Ratio (PRR). To solve this NP-problem, a centralized resource allocation mechanism is proposed. The resource allocation algorithm divides vehicles into several groups according to their motion statuses. Then vehicles in the same group share the same Resource Block (RB) with NOMA manner to transmit packets while receivers apply Successive Interference Cancellation (SIC) to decode packets. Resource reallocation only happens to vehicle that changes its moving status. And the simulation results show that the proposed mechanism outperforms the energy sensing mechanism.
