An Approach to Command and Control Group Decision-making based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set

摘要
In the process of command and control group decision-making, it is difficult to select appropriate decision schemes due to its attribute weight and evaluation as well as uncertainty of weight of decision experts. Exploring the method based on intuitionistic fuzzy set, the paper aims at solving the uncertainty of optimizing scheme in the command and control group decision-making. At first, the decision expert decides attributive weight and evaluation of decision alternatives according to the specific mission. Secondly, calculate the difference between the attributive weight given by decision experts and attributive weight after aggregation, then appropriate expert is selected and his weight is determined based on the difference. Thirdly, comprehensive weight of each attribute is modified and decision alternatives are ranked. At last, the validity and rationality of proposed method is verified by numerical examples.
