摘要
Genechip engineering includes a set of techniques, such as chip fabrication, target gene preparation and hybridization, pattern detection and processing, bioinformatics related to the probe design and data analysis. In this presentation, I would like to give some present results in on-chip synthesizing the oligonucleotides microarray with molecular stamping or microfluidic moulds, and developing software for probe designs.
