摘要：

The 21st century has become an era of knowledge-driven economy, which is typically characterized by rapid global economic growth and high-level global economic integration. Under this circumstance, CSR will become a more and more prominent issue. There are complicated relationships behind interests of various stakeholders in seeking social responsibilities. In this paper, the author discusses the interest-based relationship among governments, enterprises, and employees on CSR. The author stresses that corporate sustainable development relies largely on correct understanding of the interest-based relationships.
