摘要
Optical reflectance and transmittance spectra of Nb thin films deposited on Si substrates have been measured in the far-infrared region at temperatures above and below T-c. The results have been analyzed by using the R-T method (Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. 40 (2001) 3163) to determine the temperature dependence of the optical conductivity spectra sigma(1)(omega). The results suggest that the size of the superconducting energy gap at 4.5 K is similar to 10 cm(-1). (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
