摘要
Technologies and techniques used in distance education and multimedia instruction are becoming critical to faculty working in both technological and traditional teaching/learning environments. The project described in this paper offers a series of eight workshops via distance education to broaden teaching repertoires for University of Wisconsin faculty and instructional personnel at several UW-System institutions, four-year and two-year, in northwestern Wisconsin. Collaboration, awareness, and support, as well as exploration, experimentation and evaluation of distance education technologies are central to the workshops in the series that focus on presentation graphics software and instructional design, incorporating; the WWW; Internet, digital images, sound, (while paying attention to copyright), and distance education methodologies and pedagogy.
