Quasirelativistic treatment of spectral characteristics of W37+

摘要
In this paper, the energy spectra and radiative lifetimes are calculated for the levels of the ground configuration 4p(6)4d and the first excited configurations 4p(5)4d(2) and 4p(6)4f of a W37+ ion. Ab initio calculations are performed within the quasirelativistic approach. The correlation effects are taken into account by the configuration interaction method on the basis of the transformed radial orbitals with variable parameters. The influence of the correlation effects on the calculated values of the energy spectra and radiative lifetimes is investigated. Reliability and effectiveness of the applied method are explored for the evaluation of the contributions of admixed configurations to the adjusted configuration.
