摘要
In this paper, the construction pattern of China's construction industry is studied according to lean thinking. In order to maximize client benefit and minimize waste, the value system of the construction industry is analyzed and various construction activities which affect the clients' ultimate benefit are researched together with their relationship. Based on the flow model, we establish a flowchart of construction industry and analyze it with the DSM (Design Structure Matrix). Then a lean construction pattern is founded. Finally, the implementation of the Lean Construction Pattern is theoretical verified.
