摘要
Pb uptake, accumulation and tolerance of ten cultivars (S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5, S-6, S-7, S-8, S-9 and S-10) of Cruciferae were investigated with water culture. Three strategies of Pb uptake and accumulation were found in the ten cultivars: root exclusion strategy, accumulating less Pb in both root and shoot (<500 mu g/g DW) (S-4); Shoot exclusion strategy, accumulating large amounts of Pb in root (>1000 mu g/g DW) and less in shoot (<1000 mu g/g DW) (S-1, S-2, S-7 and S-8); hyperaccumulating strategy, accumulating large amounts of Pb in both root and shoot (>1000 mu g/g DW) (S-3, S-5, S-6, S-9 and S-10). S-3, S-4, S-6, S-8 and S-9 have high Pb tolerance and S-1, S-2, S-5 and S-7 have low Pb tolerance.
