Third sound resonance in He-3-He-4 mixture films

摘要：

We report results of frequency, quality factor, and phase measurements of third sound in He-3 - He-4 mixture films on a rectangular Nuclepore resonator. The temperature dependence is not adequately predicted by theory. A small local maximum in the resonant frequency near 150 mK is present at low drive power. Structure is observed in the Q and phase as a function of temperature.
