摘要
Following work performed for the Messina Crossing where the multi-box deck was introduced for efficient control of aerodynamics, this paper describes further innovations which will increase the viability of suspension bridge projects. In particular the concept of the Modular Deck System (MDS) is introduced along with cable erection using the controlled tension method.
