摘要
Current standard treatment for large-cell colorectal neuroendocrine carcinoma comprises a platinumbased cytotoxic regimen, which has a poor therapeutic effect. Phase 1/2 clinical trials using targeted therapy with everolimus/bevacizumab or immunotherapy with nivolumab with or without ipilimumab/avelumab/ pembrolizumab as a single or combination regimen with chemotherapy involving colorectal large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma are ongoing.
