摘要
Recently, demand for grid interconnection of renewable energies such as solar power generation and wind power generation is expanding. Also, the Universal Smart Power Module (USPM) is being developed to achieve high efficiency, low cost, high functionality, and versatility, which can respond to irregularly fluctuating power sources such as renewable energy. The USPM controller is equipped which capable of high-speed digital control calculation with 50MHz ADCs using SoC-FPGA chip. In this paper, the evaluations were carried out for a current control with ultra-high-speed feedback using 50MHz ADCs for a three-phase interactive inverter system.
