摘要
This paper proposes a novel geometrically based propagation model for mobile communication systems. The model assumes that scatterers are uniformly distributed around the base station inside a circle, and each path propagating from the transmitter to the receiver undergoes only one bounce. Our results show that the angle of arrival (AOA) depends on the ratio of the distance between base station and the mobile receiver D to the radius of the cell R. The path delay depends on both D and R.
