An elementary account of relativistic cosmology

摘要：

We describe some aspects of the relativistic cosmology. We introduce the main concepts of general relativity and then we develop a heuristic treatment of the various Universe evolution models (Friedmann, Lamaitre, Eddington,...). We discuss the role played by the Einstein cosmological constant and present the theory of inflative Universe using, whenever possible, simple and intuitive physical arguments. The data from various experiments are discussed too and possible scenarios of the final destiny of the Universe, where we live, are presented.
