摘要
Astichoposide D, a new oligoglycosidic triterpene of the holostan-type was isolated from Astichopus multifidus together with the known astichoposide C and Sticholoroside B-2. The structure elucidation and the complete assignment of all signals of the compounds were accomplished based on 1D and 2D, H-1, and C-13 NMR experiments, mainly on the 1D TOCSY experiment with different mixed times. The antiproliferative activity of isolated compounds against two breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231) was investigated. All compounds exhibited antiproliferative activity against both breast cancer cells ranging from 5.53 to 1.38 mu M. (C) 2016 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
