摘要
In industrial practice the input parameters of a stamping system (material properties, friction conditions, machine settings, etc.) scatter considerably during production. In this paper, an approach for the determination of maximal stability of production process with regard to the uncontrollable scatter of the input parameters is described. The optimization procedure integrates process modeling and simple stochastic optimization by Monte Carlo simulations for the evaluation of the stability of the stamping process.
