摘要
The Eu-doped (YGd)BO3 phosphor was prepared by co-precipitation and conventional high temperature solid-state reaction methods. Three kinds of fluxes were used in the preparation of (YGd)BO3:Eu3+. They are H3BO3, Na2SO4 and NH4Cl. It is found that different flux could influence the luminous properties of (YGd)BO3:Eu3+ differently. The co-precipitation method excels the conventional high temperature solid-state reaction method in the preparation of the red phosphor (YGd)BO3:Eu3+.
