摘要
De-politicization is the most important element of the public administration reform in terms of strengthening democracy. It comes from the need for real reform in public administration, through its separate political landing to avoid political interference in the administrative act locally. Also, by streamlining and modernization of this segment aimed it is the de-politicization of public administration. In this sense, public administration modernization and adaptation to the realities of Romanian economy and society, will respond to requirements of similar structures in European Union countries.
