摘要
Since TDM of new antidepressant and antipsychotic drugs is not available in all psychiatric hospitals, samples must be sent into specialized laboratories. Stability measurements revealed that the drugs are stable at room temperature for at least seven days. Blood serum or plasma samples can therefore be transported by regular postal or parcel services. An exception is olanzapine. Blood samples containing olanzapine should be analysed within at least three days.
