摘要
The major factors causing the vibration of tracked vehicle are analyzed in this paper The method and idea that can improve the human-machine- environment of vehicle and decrease the vibration magnitude of vehicle are put forward by the analysis of vibration acceleration signal testing from the typical measuring point in the tracked vehicle body. The vibration of tracked vehicle is mainly transferred from running gear to the vehicle body, and it nearly correlates with the speed of vehicle. It is difficult to reduce the vibration of vehicle suspension system by dampener or, vibration isolator So in the vibration reduction and optimization design, the influence of vehicle body vibration caused by speed should be decreased by the optimization of many parameters such as loading wheel pitch, track shoe length, driving wheel radius and tooth profile. The resonant coupling phenomenon is removed by changing the natural frequency overlap of many local components of vehicle body, so the vibration magnitude of vehicle body is decreased, and the human-machine environment of vehicle is improved.
