摘要：

Topography shadow moire which is a shape measurement method based on shadow moire method and phase-shifting method is widely used. In this paper, authors established an evaluation system of topography shadow moire based on the virtual moire theory. It can be used to simulate all kinds of optical fields, which could be adopted in topography shadow moire method, and evaluate the system error caused by inaccurate phase-shifting procedure. The authors also give corresponding rules to reduce the system error caused by the inaccurate phase-shifting values. The work of the paper is helpful to choose optical field parameters before experiment and do error analysis after experiment.
