摘要
The temperature dependence of the giant magnetoresistance (GMR) of CoAg composite is studied phenomenologically in this paper. It is considered that the composite contains both large magnetic grains and tiny clusters. The tiny clusters, composing of several atoms, lead to an almost linear increase of the giant magnetoresistance with the temperature reduction. Our calculations are in good agreement with recent experimental data for a nanogranular CoAg films. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
