International Comparison of Government Regulation in Low-Carbon Economy Development

Developing low-carbon economy while strengthening international cooperation, which is not only the international trend of social development, but also China's contribution to global climate change as a responsible great power. This paper discusses the strategic measures in China's low-carbon economy development after studied and summarized the experience and practice of developed countries, bring forward that government regulation should improve low-carbon economy policy system and achieve policy innovation by means of combining with economic and actual conditions and make full use of government regulation and market mechanisms.
