摘要
A novel structure of current mode instrumentation amplifier based on the second generation current conveyor is introduced. This circuit offers several advantages over the architectures of instrumentation amplifiers described in the literature. It presents a wide bandwidth with high current controlled gain and a high common mode rejection ratio. The second generation controlled current conveyor used in this topology has a very simple structure and operates at high frequency with a low supply voltage. PSPICE simulations results are included to support the proposed theory. These results are compared to those of instrumentation amplifier topologies proposed in the literature to prove the benefits of the new circuit.
