摘要
Standardization strategy system is the strategy guideline for a company to standardize the technologies. Technological innovation capability provides the basis for an enterprise to participate in the setting of technology standards. High-tech enterprises must shift its focus away from traditional areas such as production and market, to such areas as R&D as well as standards, and build the innovation capability based on standardization strategy system, with the aim to achieve the goal of standardization. This paper analyses the standardization strategy system and the relationship among its three core strategies, the matching between the system and the innovation capability, and the three main structural elements of the capability. In light of the unfavored situation imposing the Chinese high- tech enterprises, this paper provides reference and suggestions for both the governments and enterprises, in the hope of helping the enterprises change their way of strategic thinking, develop the innovation capability based on standardization strategy system and gain sustainable competitive edge.
