The paper tries to construct the credit evaluation system of logistics finance with AHP First of all, an indicator system with profitability, operation ability, development ability and service ability has been constructed, secondly, the paper establishes the credit evaluation system of logistics finance with every indicator's weight The credit evaluation system is in favor of reducing credit risk in the process of financial institutions choosing the logistic corporation
