摘要
A review on the comprehensive reference work to better understand the chemistry of radical generation and oxidative reactions are presented that are used for structural mass spectrometry experiments. In addition, several topics discussed include the generation of hydroxyl radicals in solution and the hydroxyl radical mediated cleavage of the main chain and modification of side chains.
