摘要：
With the increase in the urban population and automotive vehicles, that make the pressure of urban traffic soaring with times and when the surge has brought serious congestion, how to take effective shunt measures in advance is an important path placed in front of the manager. Therefore, with the current application of sophisticated data mining technology, to mine and analysis intelligent transportation systems data in order to achieve the purpose predict congestion in the future.
