摘要
Blockchain technology is disrupting the healthcare industry while the number of Internet of Medical Things (IomT) devices connected to the internet is increasing. Blockchain technology offers Electronic Health Records (EHR) and IoMT devices data security, integrity, auditability, and validity. This survey reviews the strengths and weaknesses of blockchain technology as they impact mobile EHRs and IoMT devices. Additionally, recent research on blockchain implementations in mobile EHRs and IoMT devices is reviewed and evaluated on how they meet the identified needs of EHRs and address the weaknesses of blockchains. Mobile health applications are highlighted if one was presented in the research.
