Research on interference suppression in multipath co-channel television relay system

摘要
In this paper, the composition principle and characteristics of multipath co-channel television relay system are analyzed. At the same time, five measures are researched to extend isolation in receiving-transmitting level differences and to reduce co-channel interference. The measures include keeping the greater distance between the receiving-transmitting antennas, making use of propagation loss of electromagnetic wave in the free space, adopting the different polarization manner to the receiving antenna and the transmitting antenna, extending isolation with land blockings or surface objects, selecting the higher front-to-back radio or the lower sidelobe antenna, as well as assembling the different antenna arrays. All the measures have been proved to be considerable effective on interference suppression in the multipath co-channel television relay system.
