摘要
This study proposes a new vaccination station location model while simultaneously considering the multipleperiod planning of medical professionals and their working plan, as well as vaccine procurement and inventory decisions in a given planning horizon. Since the demands for multiple types of vaccines over multiple periods are uncertain, we formulate this problem as a two-stage stochastic mixed integer linear program, which has been shown to be very complex due to the existence of integer variables in the two stages. To solve the problem effectively, a Benders decomposition-based heuristic algorithm is developed. Finally, we conduct a series of numerical experiments and sensitivity analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the model and the newly developed heuristics.
