摘要
High contact ratio gears are being increasingly used in a large number of mechanical systems, because of their advantages with regard to lightweight design. Their main deficiency lies in the fact that they are sensitive to the geometrical inaccuracies which can be expected to occur during production, resulting in pitch deviations. Therefore, the influence of the pitch deviations on the tooth load sharing on teeth pairs in simultaneous contact of spur geras has been investigated. The conditions of the contact existence have been given together with the analytical procedure for the tooth load sharing calculation along the line of action. The great influence of the choice of quality grade on the load share values has been confirmed, and the outlined procedure has been experimentally validated by photoelastic investigation. The results obtained by means of the analytical procedure have been confirmed, and therefore the large influence of pitch deviations on loading capacity of HCR spur gears has been verified.
