摘要
To decrease the influence of the inclination of the measured surface in the laser triangulation method, a compensation method to reduce the tilt error is put forward, which is based on the least-squares method and the function-library compensation method. Analyze the laser triangulation principle, study the cause of the tilt error from optical angle and have simulation; build the measurement system for the error, use software MATLAB to analyze the measurement results; compare the advantages and disadvantages of various tilt error compensation methods. The experimental results show the proposed method can reduce the error to the original 17%, which proves the feasibility of the method. (C) 2016 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
