摘要
This article reviews use of the pulse radiolysis technique in studies of intramolecular electron transfer processes in single- and multi-copper blue proteins. Kinetic: parameters are analyzed in order to correlate rates and activation parameters with the available structural information. Reaction mechanisms are presented as well as current theoretical treatments based on the semi-classical Marcus theory. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
