摘要：

This is a review of the principal diuretic groups, their sites and mechanisms of action and their effects on laboratory tests. Diuretic effects on acid base state, plasma and urinary electrolites, plasma and urinary uric acid and glycemia are analyzed. Influence of diuretics on urine analysis is discribed. Finally, haematologic effects of the diuretics is investigated. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of diuretics on clinical analysis, searching physiopathologic or methodologic mechanisms of the described cases.
