摘要
In most cases only a general reference is made to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) without any differentiation between slightly conspicuous behavior and severe disorders; however, this is of substantial importance. This is obvious in children from an own therapy study with a diagnosis of ADHD and multiple comorbidities. In addition to a review of the current state of research in ADHD, own data from clinical experience and the therapy study are discussed. Conspicuous in the complex developmental disorders is the extent of the early stress and sensorimotor impairments, which seem to be specific in the individual areas. In psychoanalytical concepts such a disintregration of sensory and motoric abilities are poorly considered. The indications from Freud that the Ego is mainly derived from the perceptions on the surface, might be indicative of the developmental blockade, which is present in these children: a developmental blockade, which does not allow an inner compartment in which judgment, tolerance and reality testing reside. The problematic of this two dimensionality is emphasized in a treatment excerpt.
