摘要
Peripheral nerve involvement is common in polyarteritis nodosa and the antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitides. The underlying mechanism is arteritis of the vasa nervorum, leading to ischemic neuropathy. The classic presentation is stepwise involvement of peripheral nerves with ongoing antecedent constitutional symptoms. This article reviews the pathologic findings, clinical syndromes, diagnosis, and treatment of ANCA-associated vasculitides.
