摘要
This paper is aims to analyse the legal and administrative arrangements used to the conflicts between private property and the right to cultural heritage in two buildings that have been inscribed on the Representative List of World Heritage (Unesco): the Estancia Santa Catalina, from the Jesuit Block and Estancias of Cordoba and the Cueva de las Manos, Rio Pinturas, in the Santa Cruz province, Argentina. The research is historically limited to periods in which conflicts were manifest. To develop the research documentary analysis has been used, based on the archives and journalistic news; and this was complemented by interviews with key informants.
