摘要
Image fusion technology is an important branch and research focus of image processing. The improved nonlinear weighted image fusion algorithm proposed in this paper has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of image fusion. Firstly, it calculates the nonlinear weighted value of the image, and uses the Gaussian pyramid to do the smoothing of image, then achieves image fusion by using the original and smoothed images to make difference and accumulate, and finally carries out the simulation experiment to the performance of the algorithm. Experimental results show that, while ensuring the quality of the fused image unchanged, the processing speed of the algorithm has been significantly improved than the multiband fusion algorithms.
