摘要
A technique for synthesizing carbon-encapsulated magnetic nanoparticles (CEMNP) that involves the use of iron pentacarbonyl-Fe(CO)5 as the precursor of catalyst for the pyrolysis of alcohol was discussed. It was found that a majority of the product resulting from the pyrolysis of carbonyl and ethanol was carried out of the reactor and deposited in the collector. The technique was considered to be well scalable for mass production since the pyrolysis process could be continued until the spray solution was consumed and no complex apparatus was involved. The results show that the particles possessed a large coercive force and good ferromagnetism while the techniques offered good way for production due to simplicity and good productivity.
