摘要
The microstructure and properties of two-step aged 7BO4 aluminum alloy pre-stretched thick plate were investigated, using TEM, tensile and electrical conductivity test. The results show that precipitates in grain interior and boundary of the studied alloy have grown up and coarsened after two-step aging treatment. With the increase of second aging temperature, the tensile strength decreased and electrical conductivity increased. 7BO4 aluminum alloy after two-step aging with the second-step aging at 160 degrees C for 12-24 h can obtain the ultimate tensile strength of 512-532 MPa (sacrificed about 10%similar to 13% with respect to T651 temper), electrical conductivity of 21.3 similar to 22.3 MS/m and elongation of 10%similar to 11%.
