摘要：

In this paper, by analyzing the present situation of professional English teaching for water supply and drainage of colleges and universities, many problems are put forward, such as professional English teaching emphasis, teaching materials, teaching methods, and selection of teachers and other aspects. And this paper puts forward corresponding methods to solve these problems.
