摘要
The paper focuses on e-commerce subject taking into consideration the Romanian buyer perception regarding on-line transactions. The behavior and interest of clients towards the purchasing of products sold in virtual shops was studied by making a serious inquiry based on a questionnaire which focuses on multiple aspects: the ways of distributing the information in e-commerce, the ways of purchasing on-line, site assessments. The analysis of these points was done based on the answers of 97 subjects.
