摘要
In vivo natural-abundance O-17 and H-1 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques were combined to image the whole body of a rhesus monkey. The results demonstrate the feasibility of acquiring consecutive fast O-17 and H-1 images with a standard MRI scanner. The method has applications in the field of functional MRI and in O-17 MRI measurements of metabolism rate.
